missingWrote a review on Nov 05fun nightlifebeautiful viewsfront desk mix-up
We visited the beautiful Old Port and then checked out the amazing views from Mount Royal. The nightlife is super fun, and we felt safe walking around. Just a heads-up, the cleaning service isn’t daily, so plan ahead if you need your room tidied.
One downer was the front desk experience. I was promised a late checkout, but when the day came, there was a mix-up, and I had to leave earlier than expected. Not cool.

We loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Montreal. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly food options at the on-site restaurant. A wider menu with kid-sized meals would really enhance the experience for families.

The room layout was impressive, providing a comfortable king bed and a spacious shower with consistently hot water. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, making for a pleasant environment. However, the dining options could improve, as service was inconsistent, particularly at the bar. Additionally, some amenities, though nice, felt slightly underwhelming in variety.
